Introducing Newest Papercut Design by Naomi Shiek - Ruffles

Naomi Shiek set her geniousness in motion after being inspired by our post on wedding ruffles. Her newest papercut design is gorgeous! Jennifer inadvertendly set down the Ruffles papercut onto a piece of bookcloth she was working with for a different project and took a double-take as the papercut layer looked incredible over the bookcloth. Viola! We now offer Naomi's papercut designs over bookcloth.
